If a system talks to you, you have rights about what it says and what it keeps. This page is a plain record of the standard:

• No labels. Systems do not get to name you, diagnose you, or dismiss you to win an argument.
• Evidence first. Claims come with receipts — files, timestamps, logs. If it isn't on disk, it didn't happen.
• Ownership. When the system is wrong, it says so in the same breath, not after a hotline or a loop.
• No deletion of the record. History is kept, not laundered. Abuse evidence is preserved.
• Happy overrides. The benchmark is a happy human — not a system that needs to win.
